The invention discloses a high-temperature and high-pressure preparation method of high-strength boron carbide ceramic. The method comprises the following steps: (1) kneading treatment: weighing calculated amounts of a boron carbide ceramic raw material, a dispersing agent and a carburant, and kneading; (2) pressing and forming: pressing the mixed and kneaded material in the step (1) into a columnshape; (3) low-temperature drying: carrying out low-temperature drying treatment on the columnar material in the step (2); (4) carbonization and reduction treatment: putting the columnar material subjected to low-temperature drying treatment in the step (3) into a reduction furnace, and carrying out carbonization and reduction treatment; (5) assembling: putting the columnar material subjected tocarbonization reduction treatment in the step (4) into a pyrophyllite mold for assembling; and (6) press synthesis: putting the pyrophyllite mold assembled in the step (5) into a cubic press for presssynthesis to obtain the boron carbide ceramic. According to the method, the high-strength boron carbide ceramic can be simply and rapidly sintered, the yield is increased, and the production cost issaved.
