High-gloss, anti-skid and antifouling ceramic tile and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-gloss, anti-skid and antifouling ceramic tile which sequentially comprises a green body layer, a cover glaze layer, a transparent glaze layer and an antifouling wax water layer from bottom to top, the transparent glaze layer contains high-content silicon dioxide and a small amount of carbonate, and the viscosity is increased in the sintering process; generated fine bubbles are gathered together by virtue of surface tension to form large bubbles floating on the liquid surface to be discharged, a large number of large pinholes are formed in the glaze surface, the large pinholes are filled with antifouling wax water, a concave surface is formed in the glaze surface after the wax water shrinks, and when water drops or oil stains fill into the concave surface of the surface of a product and are subjected to external force, water or oil stains are discharged to generate a vacuum adsorption effect; the sole generates resistance to prevent the sole from sliding so that an anti-skid effect is achieved; meanwhile, the molar ratio of SiO2 to Al2O3 of the transparent glaze layer is 6-10: 1 so that the glaze surface of the transparent glaze is high in glossiness and good in wear resistance. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the ceramic tile, the steps are simple and easy to implement, and large-scale industrial production is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种高光泽度、防滑防污的陶瓷砖,由下至上依次包括坯体层、面釉层、透明釉层和防污蜡水层,其中透明釉层含有高含量的二氧化硅和少量碳酸盐,在烧结过程中黏度增加,产生的细小气泡靠表面张力聚集到一起形成大气泡浮上液面排出,在釉面形成大量的大针孔,通过防污蜡水填平大针孔,蜡水收缩后在釉面形成凹面,当水滴或油渍填入到产品表面凹面,受到外力时,水或油渍被排除,产生真空吸附效应,使脚底产生阻力,阻止脚底滑动,从而具有防滑的效果;同时透明釉层的SiO2与Al2O3的摩尔比为6~10:1,使得透明釉釉面光泽度高、耐磨性好。本发明还公开了该陶瓷砖的制备方法,其步骤简单易行,有利于大规模工业化生产。
