The invention provides a composition for an anti-static rubber floor, the anti-static rubber floor and a preparation method of the anti-static rubber floor. The composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of nitrile rubber, 8-20 parts of an ethylene (methyl) acrylic acid copolymer, 1-5 parts of carboxylated graphene, 10-25 parts of metal hydroxide, 2-6 parts of a vulcanization accelerator, 10-20 parts of a flame retardant and 20-30 parts of a reinforcing filler, wherein the metal hydroxide is selected from one or more of magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxideand calcium hydroxide. The composition for the anti-static rubber floor and the anti-static rubber floor have improved anti-static performance, and the color is not limited to black.
