Elastic first bosses are arranged on the upper surface of the base plate at intervals, and inserting holes are formed in the first bosses. A plurality of convex columns are arranged between the adjacent first bosses atintervals; second bosses are arranged on the lower surface of the base plate at intervals; the size of the plug block is slightly greater than the aperture of the inserting holes; the plug block is inserted into the insertion hole, and the first bosses deform in a matched mode along with plugging of the plug block. The vibration isolation base plate material is high in abrasion resistance and longin service life.
