Expressway construction method
The invention relates to the technical field of expressway construction, in particular to an expressway construction method. A construction device used in the method comprises a hanging plate, a base,a first motor and a controller. The cross section of the base is rectangular, and two first supporting plates are fixedly connected to the two corners of the lower end of the base correspondingly. Awheel is rotationally connected between every two adjacent first supporting plates. Three connecting rods are arranged under the base; and the two ends of each connecting rod are in rolling connectionwith rollers. According to the construction device used in the expressway construction method, the first motor drives a crawler belt to roll on the road surface, and a second motor drives a drill rodto drill a cushion layer, so that a pile is formed on the cushion layer road surface, and then the hanging plate is hung on the pile to be matched with the pile; therefore, the soil body on the roadsurface becomes stable after being protected by the hanging plate, the probability that the soil body on the expressway slips and collapses after being wetted by rainwater is reduced, and the runningsafety of vehicles on the expressway is further improved.
本发明涉及高速公路建造技术领域,具体的说是一种高速公路建造方法,该方法中使用的建造装置包括挂板、底座、一号电机和控制器;所述底座的截面形状为长方形,底座下端的其中两个拐角均固连有两个一号支板;两个相邻所述一号支板之间转动连接着车轮;所述底座的下方设置有三个连杆;所述连杆的两端滚动连接着滚轮;本发明所述的一种高速公路建造方法中使用的建造装置通过一号电机带动履带在路面上碾压与二号电机带动钻杆对垫层钻孔相配合,从而使得垫层路面形成桩,再通过将挂板挂在桩上相配合,使得路面上的土体受到挂板的保护后变得稳定,降低了高速公路土体受到雨水浸湿后造成溜坍现象的几率,进而提高了高速公路车辆行驶的安全性。
