Bridge steel box girder anti-collision device
The invention discloses a bridge steel box girder anti-collision device which is arranged on a concrete anti-collision block at the end of a steel box girder and comprises a rolling structure arrangedat the end, close to the steel box girder, of the concrete anti-collision block. When the steel box girder deforms due to temperature change, the steel box girder preferentially abuts against the rolling structure arranged at one end of the concrete anti-collision block, friction force and abnormal sound which are generated due to extrusion friction between the steel box girder and the concrete anti-collision block can be eliminated through interaction with the rolling structure; and the rolling structure can absorb structural stress generated by temperature change, so that the shell of the steel box girder is protected against severe deformation under the stress condition, and the service life of the steel box girder can be prolonged.
本发明公开了一种桥梁钢箱梁防碰撞装置,桥梁钢箱梁防碰撞装置设置于钢箱梁端部的混凝土防撞块上,包括设置于混凝土防撞块靠近钢箱梁的一端的滚动结构。在钢箱梁由于温度变化而发生形变时,钢箱梁会优先抵接设置在混凝土防撞块一端的滚动结构,通过与滚动结构的相互作用能消除本应该与混凝土防撞块挤压摩擦而产生摩擦力和异响,滚动结构能吸收温度变化产生的结构应力,保护钢箱梁在受力条件下外壳不发生严重的形变,能延长钢箱梁的使用寿命。
