The invention discloses a profile steel-thin sheet plate-UHPC composite plate which comprises a UHPC plate and a plurality of structural steels arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction of abridge, a steel plate is further arranged in the upper portions of the structural steels and at the bottom of the UHPC plate, the upper surface of the steel plate is fixedly connected with the UHPC plate, and the lower surface of the steel plate is connected with the structural steel. The invention further discloses a bridge deck which is mainly formed by longitudinally connecting a plurality ofprofile steel-thin plate sheet-UHPC composition plates, the adjacent profile steel-thin plate sheet-UHPC composition plates in the longitudinal direction are connected through transverse bridge direction cast-in-place joints, and the edge of the steel plate crosses over the end part of the UHPC plate in the longitudinal direction of the bridge and extends into the cast-in-place joint in the transverse direction of the bridge. The profile steel-thin plate sheet-UHPC composition plates has the advantages of high rigidity, durability, light self-weight and the like, is expected to completely replace a traditional orthotropic steel bridge deck in the future, and serves as a second bridge deck scheme to be provided for a large-span bridge.
本发明公开了一种型钢‑薄钢板‑UHPC组合板,包括UHPC板和多根纵桥向间隔布置的型钢,所述型钢上部、UHPC板底部还设有一钢板,所述钢板的上表面与所述UHPC板固接,所述钢板的下表面与所述型钢连接。本发明还公开了一种桥面板,主要由多个上述的型钢‑薄钢板‑UHPC组合板纵桥向连接而成,纵桥向相邻所述型钢‑薄钢板‑UHPC组合板之间通过横桥向现浇接缝连接,且所述钢板的边缘越过所述UHPC板的纵桥向端部并向所述横桥向现浇接缝内延伸。本发明的型钢‑薄钢板‑UHPC组合板具有刚度大、经久耐用、自重轻等优势,有望在未来成为完全替代传统正交异性钢桥面,作为第二种桥面方案供大跨径桥梁。
