The system comprises a water storage tank used for guaranteeing the water quantity requirement of continuous spraying operation; a high-lift water pump mounted in the reservoir and used for pumping water from thewater storage tank to the water conveying pipe; a time relay electrically connected with the high-lift water pump and used for controlling the operation time interval and the duration of the high-lift water pump; and a spraying pipe communicated with water conveying pipe, wherein a nozzle of the spraying pipe sprays water to geotechnical cloth wrapped at the pier top. The water storage capacity of the water storage tank can ensure that after continuous spraying operation conditions are met, the time interval and duration of the time relay are set, a spraying system power supply is started, and the spraying system enters a working state. By using the automatic spraying maintenance system for the high-speed rail pier stud, the maintenance efficiency is remarkably improved, and the cost investment is reduced.
