Solar energy can be used as power supply supplement of the cleaner and can also be stored in a storage battery, the storage battery, the motor and the controller are all placed in a motor cover, the cleaner provides power through rotation of the impeller, the impeller rotating downwards stirs garbage on the surface of water to enter a working box, the rear end of the working box can be connected with a collection net bag or a garbage can net, and then garbage is collected. The water surface garbage cleaner is small and flexible, can freely move on the water surface through the controller, is more convenient and faster than traditional manual salvage, and is high in efficiency.
