The invention provides a construction method for forming a novel underground diaphragm wall by splicing prefabricated parts in an excavated foundation trench of the underground diaphragm wall and combining local (joints of the prefabricated parts) cast-in-place reinforced concrete for deep and large foundation pits. According to the construction method, the prefabricated parts are produced in a factory standardized mode according to design requirements, the construction quality can be guaranteed, and the prefabricated parts are connected through cast-in-place reinforced concrete so as to formthe whole underground diaphragm wall enclosing structure together. The construction method has the obvious advantages of high construction speed of the underground diaphragm wall, high impermeability,low cost and the like, and the structural quality is guaranteed.
本发明针对深大基坑,是一种在开挖的地下连续墙基槽中采用预制构件进行拼接并结合局部(预制构件接头处)现浇钢筋砼形成新型地下连续墙的施工方法。本发明中的预制构件按设计要求采用工厂标准化生产,可保证施工质量,预制构件之间采用现浇钢筋砼进行连接,共同形成整体地下连续墙围护结构。该发明方法具有地下连续墙施工速度快、结构质量有保证、抗渗能力强、造价低廉等显著优点。
