The invention discloses a method for pouring an equipment foundation for an underground coal mine belt conveyor on a coal seam. The method comprises the following steps that a pit is dug downwards onthe coal seam according to the occupied area and the shape of the underground coal mine belt conveyor to form a foundation pit, according to the bolt fixing position of the underground coal mine beltconveyor, areas in the foundation pit are marked to form a primary pouring area and a secondary pouring area, reinforcing steel bars and a foam plate are placed in the secondary pouring area together,then concrete is poured into the primary pouring area, the foam plate in the secondary pouring area is mashed and taken out after the concrete is condensed, bolts of a driving device frame of the underground coal mine belt conveyor are placed into the secondary pouring area, and then concrete is poured into the secondary pouring area. The concrete poured for the second time and the concrete poured for the first time are mixed into a whole, the pouring effect is good, the reinforcing steel bars are further arranged in the secondary pouring area, and the strength of a belt conveyor foundation for a coal mine is further enhanced.
本发明公开了一种在煤层上为煤矿井下皮带机进行设备基础浇筑的方法，由以下步骤组成：以煤矿井下皮带机占地面积和形状在煤层向下挖坑形成基坑，按照煤矿井下皮带机的螺栓固定位置，对基坑内的区域进行标记并形成一次浇筑区域和二次浇筑区域，将钢筋和泡沫板一起放在二次浇筑区域内，然后对一次浇筑区域内浇筑混凝土，待混凝土凝结后，将二次浇筑区域内泡沫板捣碎并取出，放置煤矿井下皮带机的驱动装置架的螺栓至二次浇筑区域内，然后对二次浇筑区域浇筑混凝土；本发明第二次浇筑后的混凝土和第一次浇筑后的混凝土混为一体，浇筑效果好，而且二次浇筑区域内还设有钢筋，更加加强了煤矿用皮带输送机基础的强度。
