In order to solve the problems that a concrete tubular pile is poor in construction quality, limited in pile forming diameter and the like, the invention provides a non-soil-squeezing super-large-diameter cast-in-place concrete tubular pile construction device and construction method. The non-soil-squeezing super-large-diameter cast-in-place concrete tubular pile construction device comprises a power head, a lifting mechanism, a drilling barrel and a concrete pump. The lifting mechanism is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the power head, and the drilling barrel and the concrete pump are fixedly connected to the lower portion of the power head. The inner portion of the drilling barrel is hollow, and no cover is arranged at the lower end of the drilling barrel. Drilling teeth are fixedly connected to the lower end of the drilling barrel. Concrete feeding pipes and spiral blades are arranged on the outer wall of the drilling barrel and distributed along the height of the outer wall of the drilling barrel. One ends of feeding ports of the concrete feeding pipes are connected with the concrete pump, and one ends of discharging ports of the concrete feeding pipes are located atthe lower end of the drill barrel. Outer side soil is cut while an inner soil mold is formed, the soil squeezing effect is avoided in the hole forming and pile forming process, and pressure slurry ispumped while downward cutting and inner soil mold forming are conducted, so that the inner wall of the drill barrel and the spiral blades are lubricated, friction is reduced, and an in-hole environment of positive pressure protection wall is formed.
为了解决混凝土筒桩施工质量差、成桩直径有限等问题,本发明提供了非挤土超大直径现浇混凝土筒桩施工装置及施工方法,非挤土超大直径现混凝土筒桩施工装置,包括动力头、分别固定连接于动力头上方的提升机构和固定连接于动力都下方的钻筒、混凝土泵,钻筒内部中空且下端无盖,钻筒下端固定连接有钻齿,钻筒外壁设置有混凝土送料管、螺旋叶片,二者均沿钻筒外壁高度分布,混凝土送料管进料口一端与混凝土泵相连,出料口一端位于钻筒下端,在成型内土模的同时对外侧土进行切割,成孔成桩过程中无挤土效应,并且通过在向下切割、成型内土模的同时泵入压力泥浆,从而对钻筒内壁以及螺旋叶片进行润滑,减少摩擦,形成正压护壁的孔内环境。
