Steel waist beam structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a steel waist beam structure and a construction method thereof. The steel waist beam structure comprises channel steel, cushion blocks, anchoring base plates and anchor cables,wherein the two channel steel are arranged back to back, the anchoring base plates are connected to the two sides of the two channel steel arranged back to back through bolts, the cushion blocks arearranged between the two channel steel arranged back to back, the two channel steel sections are transversely connected through the bolts, the anchor cables pass through the space between the two channel steel arranged back to back and penetrate through the strand penetrating holes in the two anchoring base plates, the anchor cables are tensioned through prestress of tensioning equipment, and therefore a waist beam composed of the channel steel is tightly attached to the wall of a supporting pile. The steel waist beam structure and the construction method thereof have the beneficial effects that 1) welding and cutting operations are avoided in the whole waist beam installation process, the workload is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved; 2) the waist beam structure can berepeatedly assembled, spliced and disassembled, is flexible to use and can be recycled; and 3) compared with a concrete waist beam, the double-spliced section steel waist beam has the advantages thatwet operation construction is reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction progress is accelerated.
