Pile anchor type cover plate foundation pit enclosure structure and construction method thereof
Provided is a pile anchor type cover plate foundation pit enclosure structure. The structure comprises enclosure piles, anchor cables, temporary steel pipe columns, temporary stand column piles, top beams, cover plate longitudinal beams, cover plate cross beams, concrete cover plates, anti-collision walls, straining beams and temporary stand column connecting beams. The enclosure piles are arranged at one side of a foundation pit and locked through the anchor cables; the temporary steel pipe columns are arranged on the inner sides of the enclosure piles and arranged in the temporary stand column piles; the upper ends of the enclosure piles and the upper ends of the temporary steel pipe columns are connected with the top beams and the cover plate longitudinal beams correspondingly; the cover plate cross beams are connected between the top beams and the cover plate longitudinal beams, and an enclosed area is filled with the concrete cover plates; the anti-collision walls are arranged onthe cover plate longitudinal beams; the enclosure piles and the temporary steel pipe columns are connected through the straining beams; and the adjacent temporary steel pipe columns are connected through the temporary stand column connecting beams. The invention further provides a construction method of the pile anchor type cover plate foundation pit enclosure structure. A cover plate system and an enclosure system are free of diagonal bracings, the requirement that different enclosure forms and foundation pit supports with different widths are adopted on the two sides of the foundation pit can be met, and the construction period and the manufacturing cost are saved through support-free excavation.
