Bulldozer with anti-sinking structure
The invention discloses a bulldozer with an anti-sinking structure. The bulldozer comprises a bulldozer body, wherein rotating rods are fixed to the front end and the rear end of the bottom of the bulldozer body in a penetrating mode; wheels are connected to the left ends and the right ends of the rotating rods through bearings; the front wheels and the rear wheels are connected through caterpillar bands; a fixing plate is installed between the front rotating rod and the rear rotating rod; a containing cavity is fixed in the fixing plate; sliding grooves are formed in the front inner wall andthe rear inner wall of the two sides of the containing cavity; stress plates are installed between the two sliding grooves; and sliding blocks matched with the sliding grooves are welded to the frontends and the rear ends of the stress plates. According to the bulldozer with the anti-sinking structure, the stress plates on the two sides extend towards the two sides at the same time and extend outof the two sides of the caterpillar bands, so that the stress area of the bulldozer on the ground is increased, deep sinking of the bulldozer during working on the ground with soft geology is avoided, operation is easy, and time and labor are saved.
本发明公开了一种具有防深陷结构的推土机,包括机身,所述机身底部的前后两端皆贯穿固定有转动杆,且转动杆左右两端皆通过轴承连接有车轮,前后两个所述车轮之间皆通过履带连接,前后两根所述转动杆之间安装有固定板,所述固定板内部固定有放置腔,且放置腔两侧的前后内壁上皆开设有滑槽,两个所述滑槽之间皆安装有受力板,且受力板的前后两端皆焊接有与滑槽相互配合的滑块。该具有防深陷结构的推土机使得两侧的受力板同时向两侧伸出,延伸至履带两侧外部,以此增加推土机在地面的受力面积,避免推土机在地质较为柔软的地面工作时发生深陷,操作简单,省时省力。
