According to the scheme, tap water is introduced into a water storage pool through a high-pressure water pump, an ultraviolet irradiation lamp is started to irradiate an ultraviolet carrying ball, and ultraviolet rays are stored by virtue of a light storage material; meanwhile, optical variable cladding is promoted to wrap a whole auxiliary magnetic ball, the auxiliary magnetic ball is magnetically shielded so the attraction effect of a main magnetic ball on the auxiliary magnetic ball is invalid, the ultraviolet carrying ball is promoted to fall into the tap water, and the ultraviolet rays are released again through the auxiliary magnetic ball; on one hand, deeptap water can be disinfected, the optical variable cladding can be promoted to reset after ultraviolet light release is completed, and under the attraction effect of the main magnetic ball on the auxiliary magnetic ball, the ultraviolet carrying ball is promoted to move upwards again to make contact with a light collecting cylinder; and on the other hand, flowing of the tap water in the water storage pool can be improved by means of repeated up-down movement of the ultraviolet carrying ball, and therefore the disinfection efficiency of the tap water is improved.
