The invention discloses an intelligent mute non-negative-pressure-superposed water supply device in the field of water supply. The intelligent mute non-negative-pressure-superposed water supply devicecomprises a water storage tank and a flow stabilizing tank, wherein a blow-down valve, two supporting plates and a first water pipe are arranged at the lower end of the flow stabilizing tank; a second water pipe is arranged at the right end of the first water pipe; a third water pipe is arranged at the front end of the first water pipe; a main pump and an auxiliary pump are arranged at the frontend of the third water pipe through three fourth water pipes; a frequency conversion cabinet is arranged on the left sides of the main pump and the auxiliary pump; the main pump, the auxiliary pump and the frequency conversion cabinet are arranged on a bottom plate; a pressure stabilizing tank is arranged on the front side of the frequency conversion cabinet; a fifth water pipe is arranged at thelower end of the pressure stabilizing tank; a second pressure gauge is arranged on the fifth water pipe; the other end of the fifth water pipe is connected with a user pipe network port; a water levelsensor is arranged in the water storage tank; and a cleaning mechanism is also arranged in the water storage tank. Through the arrangement of the structure, water stored in the water storage tank canbe continuously provided when water supply is cut off; and meanwhile, the water in the water storage tank can be disinfected once before entering the home of a user, so that the safety of domestic water is greatly improved, and the domestic water of residents is better guaranteed.
