The invention provides an assembly type house system and an assembly method thereof. The assembly type house system comprises bottom plates, wherein grooves are formed in the bottom plates, the bottomplates and side plates are connected in a matched mode through the grooves and bulges, threaded holes are formed in the periphery of the bottom plates, threaded columns are arranged in the threaded holes, inserting holes are formed in the threaded columns, locking rods are arranged in the inserting holes, positioning columns are inserted into the bottom plates and the side plates, positioning holes are further formed in the side plates, the side plates are connected through connecting plates, and a plurality of bottom plates and a plurality of side plates are assembled into a house system structure. The assembly type house system has the advantage that the house system can be rapidly and reliably assembled.
