The invention provides an anti-deformation fixing structure for an escalator decorative plate, and relates to the technical field of escalator decorative plate installation. The problems that in the use process of an existing escalator decorative structure, due to the fact that a truss part needs to be wrapped in a protective shell, a plate is prone to deforming in the installation process due toinstallation dislocation, consequently, deformation intensifying in the later using process is caused, and a decorative plate is damaged are solved. The anti-deformation fixing structure comprises a base; an adjusting mechanism is longitudinally and fixedly installed in the middle of the top plane of the base; the front end and the rear end of the adjusting mechanism are slidably connected with the left end and the right end of the base correspondingly; and an n-shaped supporting portal frame is fixedly installed at each of the front end edge and the rear end edge of the top plane of the basein a vertically-upward mode. Due to the fact that the other end of a long arm and the other end of a short arm are rotationally connected with one ends of clamping arms symmetrically installed at therear ends of clamping seat plates correspondingly, the decorative plate can be prevented from being broken, meanwhile, the left clamping seat plate and the right clamping seat plate synchronously conduct clamping, and the problem of dislocation deformation in the installation process can be avoided.
本发明提供一款扶梯装饰板防变形固定结构,涉及扶梯装饰板安装技术领域,以解决现有的扶梯装饰结构在使用过程中,由于保护壳体需要将桁架部分包裹在内,易致使板材在安装过程中因安装异位而发生变形,导致后期使用过程中变形加剧,导致装饰板损坏的问题,包括底座;所述底座顶部平面的中部纵向固定安装有调整机构,调整机构的前后两端分别与底座的左右两端滑动相连接;所述底座顶部平面的前端棱边处和后端棱边处分别垂直向上固定安装有门状的支撑门架。本发明中由于长臂和短臂的另一端则分别与对称安装在夹紧座板后端的夹紧臂的一端转动相连接,可避免装饰板破裂,同时左右两组夹紧座板同步夹紧,可避免在安装过程中出现的异位变形问题。
