The invention relates to the related field of building cement, clay or stones, and discloses an automatic cement smearing and troweling device for building stairs. The automatic cement smearing and troweling device comprises a main body, wherein a power cavity is formed in the main body, a spring cavity which is symmetrically arranged by taking the power cavity as the center and of which an opening points away from the power cavity is formed in the main body, and a transmission shaft sliding cavity with a backward opening communicates with the back side of the power cavity. Cement can be uniformly sprayed on the upper end surfaces and the right end surfaces of steps through the front-and-back reciprocating motion and the clockwise and anticlockwise reciprocating swing of a nozzle, so thatthe manual cement smearing operation with a traditional tool by a worker is replaced; the steps on which the cement is sprayed can be repeatedly smeared through the front-and-back reciprocating motionof a right-angle scraping plate until the cement surface reaches the leveling standard; and the cement can be continuously and automatically smeared and troweled on the stair steps through the position regulation and control on the device by an operator, so that the working efficiency is greatly improved, and the labor cost is reduced.
