The invention discloses a mobile platform for installing a solar photovoltaic panel. The mobile platform comprises a base, rollers, air cylinders, handrails and a workbench. The rollers are correspondingly arranged around the bottom surface of the base, the workbench is arranged on the base through a supporting plate, and a photovoltaic panel positioning frame assembly is arranged above the base.The two ends of the photovoltaic panel positioning frame assembly are slidably connected with L-shaped through holes in displacement vertical plates through connecting columns, shaft sleeves, connecting blocks and first bearing rods in sequence, the ends of the first bearing rods are fixedly connected with push rods of the air cylinders, and movable displacement supporting plates are arranged at the bottoms of the air cylinders. According to the mobile platform for installing the solar photovoltaic panel, by arranging a displacement inserting plate assembly, photovoltaic panels in the photovoltaic positioning frame assembly can be conveniently taken out; and by arranging the photovoltaic positioning frame assembly, the photovoltaic panels can be rapidly conveyed to a photovoltaic support to be installed, the situation that the photovoltaic panels are collided and damaged in the conveying process is reduced, manpower input is reduced, the installation speed of the photovoltaic panels isimproved, the use is convenient, the operation is simple, and the popularization is easy.
本发明公开了一种用于太阳能光伏板安装的移动平台,包括底座、滚轮、气缸、扶手和工作台,在底座底面的四周分别设置有滚轮,工作台通过支撑板设置在底座上,在底座上方设置有光伏板定位框组件,光伏板定位框组件的两端依次通过连接柱、轴套、连接块及第一承重杆与位移竖板上的L状通孔滑动连接在一起,且第一承重杆端部与气缸的推杆固定连接在一起,在气缸的底部设置有可移动的位移支撑板。本发明通过设置位移插板组件,便于将光伏定位框组件中的光伏板取出,通过设置光伏定位框组件,使光伏板能够快速被递送至待安装的光伏支架上,减少光伏板在传送过程中出现磕碰、损害的情况,减少人力的投入,提高了光伏板的安装速度,使用方便,操作简单,易于推广。
