The foldable portable scaffold comprises stabilizing rods, a standing plate, cross rods, at least two pairs of left vertical rods and at least twopairs of right vertical rods; universal wheels are installed at the lower ends of the left vertical rods, the lower ends of every two adjacent right vertical rods are fixed together through a bottom rod, and the two ends of the cross rods are fixed between every two adjacent left vertical rods or between every two adjacent right vertical rods; and a plurality of buckling lugs are fixed to the leftside and the right side of the standing plate correspondingly, the left side and the right side of the standing plate are buckled between the two cross rods through the buckling lugs correspondingly,sleeves are fixedly connected to the lower ends of the left vertical rods and the lower ends of the right vertical rods correspondingly, the stabilizing rods are in lap joint between the mutually corresponding left vertical rods and right vertical rods, and the two ends of the stabilizing rods are bent and then combined in the corresponding sleeves in a sleeved mode. By the adoption of the technical scheme, constructors can conveniently build the scaffold by arranging the buckling lugs, the overall structure of the scaffold is stable and reliable by arranging the bottom rods and reinforcing rods, and after the stabilizing rods are taken down, the scaffold can be integrally folded and is convenient to carry or transfer by the constructors.
