The invention discloses a heat preservation and insulation glass fiber wall cloth which comprises a bottom layer, a flame-retardant layer and a thermal insulation layer arranged between the bottom layer and the flame-retardant layer, the bottom layer is composed of non-woven glass fibers or woven glass fiber cloth, the thermal insulation layer comprises glass fibers and/or aerogel, and a heat reflection layer is further arranged on the surface of the flame-retardant layer. The heat reflecting layer comprises a metal film and a polyester film which are compounded in a laminating manner, the structure of the glass fiber wallpaper can block heat conduction, convection and radiation, so that the heat insulation performance of the material is excellent, and meanwhile, the glass fiber wall clothalso has a flame-retardant function.
