The invention discloses a carbonation pretreatment process for LF furnace refining slag, belonging to the field of refining slag treatment. The process comprises the following steps: S1, hot splashingtreatment of the LF furnace refining slag; S2, magnetic separation treatment; S3, carbonation reaction; and S4, grinding treatment. Compared with the prior art, the process solves the problem that the refining slag is difficult to treat and use in the steel industry, and realizes comprehensive utilization of metallurgical waste slag; and the process is energy-saving and environment-friendly and reduce the production cost of cement.
