The invention discloses a limestone accelerator which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-24 parts of bauxite, 7-11 parts of limestone, 12-16 parts of sodium carbonate,4-8 parts of non-ionic linear high-molecular polymer and 6-10 parts of aluminum oxide. According to the scheme, by adding the nonionic linear high-molecular polymer, the aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide, an additive, latex powder, a composite flowing agent, silica fume, calcium oxide, polyamide wax, microcrystalline cellulose, an air entraining agent, cellulose ether, an ionic group, graphene oxide and a carbon nano tube, the strength required by the concrete in the early stage can be ensured; the later strength of the concrete can be guaranteed, the loss of collapse degree is reduced, the sizes of crystals in a transition region of coarse particles and an accelerator in the concrete can be effectively improved, the compactness of the crystals in the transition region is increased, the porosity is reduced, the number of microcracks in the transition region is reduced, the overall strength of the concrete is improved, and the coarse particles and the accelerator can be mixed more uniformly.
本发明公开了一种石灰石速凝剂,包括以下重量份的原料:铝矾土20‑24份、石灰石7‑11份、碳酸钠12‑16份、非离子型线性高分子聚合物4‑8份、三氧化二铝6‑10份。本方案通过添加的非离子型线性高分子聚合物三氧化二铝、二氧化硅、添加剂、乳胶粉、复合流动剂、硅灰、氧化钙、聚酰胺蜡、微晶纤维素、引气剂、纤维素醚、离子基团、氧化石墨烯和碳纳米管,不仅能够保证混凝土前期所需的强度,还可保证混凝土的后期强度,削减坍塌度的损失,能有效改善混凝土中粗颗粒与速凝剂过渡区晶体的大小,增大过渡区晶体的密实度,降低孔隙率,减少过渡区的微裂纹数量,提高混凝土的整体强度,还可使粗颗粒与速凝剂混合更加的均匀。
