The preparation method of the iodophor permeation-resistant antibacterial artificial stone comprises the following steps of: preparing m-benzene resin, and mixing the m-benzene resin, an accelerant, a defoaming agent, aluminum powder, a curing agent, an antibacterial agent and a dispersing agent. The preparation of the m-benzene resin comprises the following steps of: reacting m-phthalic anhydride with propylene glycol, further reacting the reactant product with maleic anhydride, neopentyl glycol and ethylene glycol, and adding a diluent, a polymerization inhibitor and an antioxidant after the reaction is finished, thereby obtaining the m-benzene resin. The artificial stone prepared by the method disclosed by the invention has good antibacterial property and iodophor permeation resistance.
本发明公开了一种耐碘伏渗透的抗菌人造石及其制备方法,涉及人造石技术领域。本发明所述耐碘伏渗透的抗菌人造石的制备方法包括间苯树脂的制备以及间苯树脂、促进剂、消泡剂、铝粉、固化剂、抗菌剂、分散剂的混合;所述间苯树脂的制备包括间苯二甲酸酐与丙二醇的反应,以及反应物与顺丁烯二酸酐、新戊二醇和乙二醇的进一步反应,反应完成后加入稀释剂、阻聚剂和抗氧剂,得到所述间苯树脂。以本发明公开的方法制备的人造石具有良好的抗菌性能以及耐碘伏渗透性能。
