Compression-resistant moisture-retention wet-mixed mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses high-strength compression-resistant wet-mixed mortar and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to compression-resistant moisturizing wet-mixed mortar and a preparation method thereof. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 18-22 parts of cement, 2.0-3.5 parts of fluorgypsum, 30-34 parts of quartz sand, 15-20 parts of crushed stone powder, 1.1-1.3 parts of a modified catalyst, 4-7 parts of fly ash, 0.03-0.04 part of castor oil, 0.024-0.027 part of polyvinyl alcohol anda proper amount of water. The modified catalyst is modified sycamore bark. Under the synergistic effect of all the components, the water-retaining agent has excellent moisture retention, also has goodbonding strength, shrinkage resistance and working performance, and can meet most construction requirements.
