The invention relates to a composite phase change heat storage ball and a preparation method thereof. According to the technical scheme, the preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformlymixing an organic burning-out material and an aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution, putting the mixture into a disc granulator, adding aluminum-silicon alloy balls, conducting granulating, and conducting standing in a fume hood; after standing, conducting dipping in paraffin melt, and naturally conducting cooling in a fuming cupboard to obtain a composite coated aluminum-silicon alloy ball; putting refractory slurry into a disc granulator, adding the composite coated aluminum-silicon alloy balls, conducting granulating, naturally conducting cooling and conducting drying; and conducting drying, putting the dried substance into a muffle furnace, conducting heating to 900-1300 DEG C at three heating rates, keeping the temperature, and naturally conducting cooling to obtain the composite phase change heat storage ball. The method has the characteristics of in-situ packaging, simple process, easiness in control and easiness in industrial production; and the prepared product not only hasgood sealing property, strong stability and uniform shell thickness, but also can effectively utilize the latent heat of phase change of the aluminum-silicon alloy, and has high heat storage capacity,large heat conductivity coefficient, high use temperature, high heat utilization rate and high heat utilization efficiency.
本发明涉及一种复合相变蓄热球及其制备方法。其技术方案是:将有机烧失物和磷酸二氢铝溶液混匀,置入圆盘造粒机中,加入铝硅合金球,造粒,通风橱中静置;静置后置于石蜡熔体中浸渍,通风橱中自然冷却,制得复合包覆铝硅合金球。将耐火浆料置于圆盘造粒机中,再加入复合包覆铝硅合金球,造粒,自然冷却,烘干;烘干后置于马弗炉中,以三种升温速率升温至900~1300℃,保温,自然冷却,制得复合相变蓄热球。本发明具有原位封装、工艺简单、易于控制和易于工业化生产的特点;所制备的制品不仅密封性好、稳定性强和壳层厚薄均匀,且能有效利用铝硅合金的相变潜热,蓄热量高、导热系数大、使用温度高、热量的利用率高和热量的利用效率高。
