The invention discloses and provides a wear-resistant brick with a high surface wear-resistant grade and a production process thereof. The wear-resistant brick comprises a green brick body, wear-resistant glaze is sprayed outside the green brick body, the wear-resistant glaze comprises ground glaze and surface glaze, and the ground glaze comprises, by percentage, 28% to 36% of albite, 6% to 10% ofcalcite, 1% to 3% of calcined talc, 14% to 18% of barium carbonate, 1% to 5% of zinc oxide, 12% to 18% of calcined kaolin, 5% to 10% of alumina, 5% to 10% of zirconium silicate and 8% to 12% of blackmud powder. The surface glaze comprises the following components in percentage: 35% to 45% of albite, 10% to 20% of calcite, 20% to 30% of calcined talc, 1% to 3% of alumina, 6% to 9% of quartz and 8% to 12% of black mud powder. The wear-resistant brick and the production process thereof are applicable to the field of production and manufacturing of wear-resistant wall tiles.
