The inner base and the outer base are each of a rectangular structure formed by pouring concrete, and foundation bolts are poured at the upper ends of the inner base and the outer base, so construction is convenient and fast, the strength is high, and the deformation is not prone to occurring, crosswind is protected; due to the high overall strength, safety protection can be conducted on side slope rockfall and debris flow road sections, and the applicationrange is wider.
