The invention discloses a biological water pollution processor. The processor comprises a main body, an inlet with an upward opening is formed in the upper side of the main body, a conical hole is formed in the lower side of the inlet in a communicating mode, a solid-liquid separation mechanism is arranged on the lower side of the conical hole, the solid-liquid separation mechanism comprises a separation cavity formed in the lower side of the conical hole in a communicating mode, the lower wall of the separation cavity is rotatably connected with a connecting shaft, the upper end of the connecting shaft is fixedly connected with a separation shaft, and the outer circular surface of the separation shaft is fixedly connected with separation blades. The processor can collect biological pollutants on the water surface, such as algae and other floating objects that can destroy water quality, meanwhile, during collection, the collected floating objects can be subjected to solid-liquid separation through a centrifugal method, separated water is used for pushing a turbine to generate power so that the processor can swim around the water surface, the water surface cleaning efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the collected algae can be used as fertilizers.
