Prefabricated length-adjustable inner support structure of foundation pit and construction method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of underground foundation pit engineering, and particularly relates to a prefabricated length-adjustable inner support structure of a foundation pit and aconstruction method thereof. The prefabricated length-adjustable inner support structure comprises an enclosure structure and prefabricated supports, wherein a top beam is arranged on the top of the enclosure structure, a waist beam is arranged on the inner side of the enclosure structure, and the prefabricated supports are respectively supported between two opposite sides of the top beam as wellas between two opposite sides of the waist beam; embedded parts are embedded in the top beam or the waist beam, one end of each prefabricated support is connected with the embedded part on one side ofthe prefabricated support, and the other end of the prefabricated support is connected with the embedded part on one side of the prefabricated support through a telescopic structure; and a jack is further supported between the other end of the prefabricated support and the embedded part on one side of the prefabricated support, and the jack is electrically connected with a control system. According to the prefabricated length-adjustable inner support structure, the length of an end connector can be adjusted through the telescopic structure, so that the construction error is adjusted; and additionally, the requirements of loss of prestress and repeated loading caused by support relaxation can be met.
