The cover plate structure comprises an enclosure structure, a plurality of temporary steel pipe columns, cover plates and cover plate beams. Top beams are arranged at the top of the enclosure structure; the multiple temporary steel pipe columns distributed in a matrix mode are arranged in the enclosure structure, the cover plate beams are arranged at thetops of each row of temporary steel pipe columns and the tops of each column of temporary steel pipe columns, and the two ends of each cover plate beam are correspondingly connected with the top beams on the two sides of the cover plate beams; the cover plates are arranged on the cover plate beams, and the periphery of the cover plates are correspondingly connected with the top beams on the periphery of the cover plates; and roadbeds are arranged on the cover plates. The enclosure structure further serves as a vertical support of the cover plates, the cover plates are supported on the enclosure structure and the temporary steel pipe columns, the stability of the cover plate structure is guaranteed, then the high-speed rail roadbeds are constructed on the cover plates, and it is ensured that the beam transporting vehicle passes through the roadbeds on time; and a foundation pit of a rail transit main body structure can be excavated below the cover plates, and the construction period isgreatly shortened.
