The regulation and storage type environment-friendly gutter inlet comprises a pool body, a flat grate, an overflow weir, a rainwater connecting pipe and an underground rainwater pipeline, wherein a water outlet is formed in the upper end of the pool body; the flat grate is installed at the water outlet; the overflow weir is arranged on the lower surface of the interior of the pool body; the lower portion of the pool body is divided into a water inlet cabin and a water outlet cabin through the overflow weir; the upper end of the water inlet cabin is arranged to be right opposite to the water outlet; the water outlet cabin is connected with the underground rainwater pipeline through the rainwater connecting pipe; the underground rainwater pipeline is buried underground; a certain distance is reserved between one end of the rainwater connecting pipe and the bottom of the water outlet cabin; and the upper end of the overflow weir is higher than the pipe top of one end of the rainwater connecting pipe. By means of the regulation and storage type environment-friendly gutter inlet, on the basis of effectively intercepting initial rainwater runoff, the runoff regulation and storage capacity of the gutter inlet is further improved, the runoff regulation and control pressure and the construction scale of downstream runoff regulation and control facilities can be reduced, targeted maintenance is convenient, the operation and maintenance efficiency is improved, and the high application value is achieved.
