The invention discloses a light anti-seismic fabricated passive house and a construction method thereof. The fabricated passive house comprises a prefabricated independent foundation system, a steel frame system, an ALC floor roof board system and a self-insulation wall system, wherein the lower side of the steel frame system is arranged on the prefabricated independent foundation system, the ALCfloor roof board system is arranged on the upper side of the steel frame system, and the self-insulation wall system comprises a self- insulation wall arranged on the steel frame system in the circumferential direction. The prefabricated independent foundation system, the steel frame system, the ALC floor roof board system and the self-insulation wall system are combined in a modular mode, so thatthe purposes of light weight, high strength, good anti-seismic property and good insulation performance of a house construction system are achieved, and meanwhile the advantages of being low in construction cost and high in construction speed are achieved, and further application and popularization are facilitated.
