Combined type heat preservation wall and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a combined type heat preservation wall and a construction method thereof. The heat preservation wall comprises a base layer wall body, a leveling layer, a sealing layer, a first nano ceramic micro-bead heat preservation and insulation layer, a light heat preservation plate layer, a nano ceramic micro-bead joint filling layer, a second nano ceramic micro-bead heat preservation and insulation layer, a gridding cloth layer, a third nano ceramic micro-bead heat preservation and insulation layer and a decoration layer. The construction method comprises the following steps that 1) base layer plastering is conducted; 2) coating of a nano ceramic micro-bead material is conducted; 3) a light heat preservation plate is pasted; 4) joint filling is conducted through the nano ceramic micro-bead material; 5) coating of the nano ceramic micro-bead material is conducted; 6) gridding cloth pasting is conducted; 7) coating of the nano ceramic micro-bead material is conducted; and8) the decoration layer is pasted. According to the combined type heat preservation wall and the construction method thereof, compared with a traditional heat preservation wall, the combined type heat preservation wall is lighter and thinner, the adsorption force to a base layer is larger, and the characteristics that nano ceramic micro-beads are low in heat conductivity coefficient and high in heat reflection efficiency are utilized to conduct cooperative heat preservation with the light heat preservation plate with the volume weight being smaller than 300g/m<2>.
