The invention relates to the technical field of fabricated building floors, in particular to a steel bar truss prestressed concrete composite slab and a manufacturing method thereof. The steel bar truss prestressed concrete composite slab is characterized by comprising longitudinal prestressed tendons, transverse hot-rolled ribbed steel bars, a steel bar truss and a concrete curing layer; the longitudinal prestressed tendons vertically connected with the transverse hot-rolled ribbed bars in the horizontal direction are arranged above the transverse hot-rolled ribbed bars side by side, and thelongitudinal prestressed tendons and the transverse hot-rolled ribbed bars are connected to form a latticed plane; the steel bar truss is arranged above the latticed plane and comprises upper chord bars, reinforcing chord bars, lower chord bars and wavy latticed bars; and the longitudinal prestressed tendons, the transverse hot-rolled ribbed steel bars and the steel bar trusses are connected withone another and then cured into a concrete composite slab through a concrete curing layer, and the upper end of the steel bar truss extends out of the upper end face of the concrete curing layer. Thesteel bar truss prestressed concrete composite slab has the advantages that the structure is simple, integrity is good, strength is high, the rigidity of the space structure is far higher than that ofa common steel bar truss and the like.
