The invention discloses a concrete-filled steel tube truss prestress superposed beam. The concrete-filled steel tube truss prestress superposed beam is characterized by comprising steel tubes, truss web bars, stirrups, concrete and prestress bars. Two truss web bars and one steel tube form a steel tube truss, the steel tube is filled with grouting materials, ,the truss web bars are symmetrically welded to the two sides of the steel tube through welding spots respectively, and the truss web bars are inclined at a certain angle by welding spots; and a plurality of stirrups are arranged at certain intervals, a plurality of prestress bars are arranged on the upper sides of the stirrups at intervals, and two or more steel tube truss web bars are arranged between the prestress bars and the stirrups respectively to be assembled into a superposed beam steel framework. In the assembling production process, the operation process is simple and convenient, and the technical requirement for factoryoperators is not high; and in the field construction process, the concrete-filled steel tube truss prestress superposed beams can be integrally connected with plates and columns in a cast-in-place mode, the problem that a traditional fabricated building joint is poor in performance is solved, and the advantages of being good in earthquake resistance and overall performance are achieved.
本发明公开一种钢管混凝土桁架预应力叠合梁,其特征在于,其包括钢管、桁架腹筋、箍筋、混凝土以及预应力筋,两个桁架腹筋和一个钢管组成钢管桁架,钢管内填充灌浆料,桁架腹筋分别通过焊点对称焊接在钢管的两侧,且桁架腹筋以焊点倾斜一定角度;若干个箍筋按照一定间距排列,箍筋上侧间隔排列有多个预应力筋,两个或多个钢管桁架腹筋分别设于预应力筋和箍筋之间组装成为叠合梁钢骨架;组装生产过程中,操作流程较为简单、便捷,对工厂操作人员技术要求不高;在现场施工过程中可以与板、柱现浇连接成为一个整体,避免了传统装配式建筑节点性能差的问题,而且具有抗震性和整体性能好等优点。
