The problems that when an existing wooden keel is installed, the supporting height of the wooden keel is completed through wooden wedges, in the adjusting mode, the wooden keel height adjusting difficulty is large, the supporting force of the wooden wedges on the wooden keel is uneven, and consequently the wooden keel is settled in the later period can be solved; and after the wooden wedge is inserted into the bottom of the wooden keel, the position of the wooden wedge cannot be firmly positioned.
