The hand-push type painting device comprises push arms, a top cover, a servo motor and a shell; an anti-skid structure is arranged on one side of each push arm and comprises an anti-skid handle, a switch, a connecting block, a connecting groove, an anti-skid point and an anti-skid rubber sleeve; the bottom end of the servo motor is connected with a rotating shaft; and a brush plate is installed at the bottom end of the rotating shaft, a heat dissipation groove is formed in one side of the shell, and a heat dissipation structure is arranged on one side of the interior of the shell. According to the hand-push type painting device for painting the building terrace, a fixing sleeve is connected with the middle of the outer surface of each push arm in a sleeving mode, the fixing sleeves can fix a hydraulic air cylinder, the hydraulic air cylinder can stretch out and draw back, and then wheels are installed at the bottom end of the hydraulic air cylinder and can move on the ground; and due to the fact that lifting adjustment needs to be conducted on the whole push arms so that the push arms can adapt to workers of different heights, the hydraulic air cylinder is started to stretch out and draw back to drive the whole push arms to ascend and descend, and angle adjustment of the push arms is achieved.
