The invention discloses a mounting structure of annular rail dismounting equipment and an annular rail dismounting method. The mounting structure comprises a sliding trolley, a cutting device used forcutting an annular rail in a segmented mode and a derrick mast lifting assembly used for lifting and moving the segmented annular rail to a roof; the sliding trolley is fixed to the annular rail, andthe derrick mast assembly and the cutting device are both fixed to the sliding trolley and move along the annular rail along with the sliding trolley; the sliding trolley comprises a horizontal crossbeam frame fixed to the lower surface of the annular rail and an objective table fixed to the upper surface of the annular rail; a supporting frame is arranged on the side, away from the annular rail, of the horizontal cross beam frame; the supporting frame is connected with the objective table, the derrick mast assembly and the cutting device are fixed to the objective table, and an annular sliding rail is arranged on the lower surface of the annular rail; and sliding wheels are arranged on the horizontal cross beam frame and move along the annular sliding rail, and then an equipment structure capable of sliding along the annular rail and cutting off the annular rail is formed.
