The invention discloses a square cabin and a square cabin scanning system. The square cabin comprises a first storage box and an air supply device. The first storage box comprises an air connecting pipeline, a scanning bin used for accommodating scanning equipment, a first inlet and outlet communicating with the scanning bin and a first isolation door used for opening and sealing the first inlet and outlet. The air connecting pipeline is arranged in the scanning bin and comprises a connecting part used for communicating with the air inlet end of the scanning equipment. The air supply device isarranged outside the scanning bin and comprises an air inlet hole, an air outlet hole, a purification assembly used for purifying air in the air supply device and an air supply assembly used for providing positive pressure air for the air outlet hole, and the air outlet hole communicate with the air connecting pipeline. By optimizing or improving the square cabin, the interior of the scanning equipment installed in the square cabin is difficult to pollute by viruses.
