The invention relates to the technical field of energy-saving buildings, in particular to an energy three-dimensional structure building complex. The energy three-dimensional structure building complex comprises at least two building body units, wherein each building body unit comprises an overground building part and an underground building part, and underground communication channels are formedbetween the underground building parts of the building body units; ground temperature utilization devices are arranged in the underground building parts; natural ventilation systems are arranged in the overground building parts, and outlets is formed in the tops of the overground building parts; green plant landscape belts and solar cell panel arrays are arranged on the tops of the overground building parts; and a microbial power generation device and a garden pool are further arranged on the ground of the building complex. On the basis of solar energy utilization, energy stored in the groundtemperature and energy generated by organic matter in sewage and green plant soil are further utilized, the energy gap of solar energy is made up to a large extent, and a building is more energy-saving. In summer, cold air of an underground ditch network is used for cooling the interior of a room, so that the electricity consumption is reduced, and the building complex is more energy-saving.
