According to the new energy automobile parking shed capable of collecting and utilizing the rainwater, by arranging the first through hole, the first pipeline, a second pipeline, a filter tank, a second filter screen, a second through hole, a first through hole and a water storage tank, the rainwater falling on the top of the supporting plate can be collected, the rainwater flows into the filter tank passing through the first through hole,the first pipeline and the second pipeline, after the rainwater is filtered by the second filter screen, the rainwater enters the water storage tank from the second through hole and the first throughhole, and the purpose of collecting and utilizing the rainwater is achieved.
