The invention discloses a door leaf supporting device for a civil defense door. The door leaf supporting device comprises a door frame fixed to a wall; hinges are installed between the inner walls ofthe two sides of the door frame; door plates are installed on the hinges; buckles are welded to the ends, close to each other, of the door plates; universal wheels are welded to the bottoms of the door plates; guide rails are rotatably connected with the bottoms of the universal wheels; sliding grooves are formed in the tops of the door plates correspondingly; sliding blocks are slidably connectedwith the interior of the sliding grooves correspondingly; a telescopic mechanism is rotatably connected between the two sliding blocks in a butt clamping mode; the telescopic mechanism comprises a sleeve and a sliding rod which are rotatably connected with the two sliding blocks correspondingly; and a fixing bolt is in threaded connection with the outer wall of the end, close to the sliding rod,of the sleeve in a penetrating mode. According to the door leaf supporting device for the civil defense door, the guide rails are arranged on the ground, the universal wheels are connected with the tops of the guide rails, and the universal wheels are welded to the bottoms of the door plates, so that the door plates do not need to be provided with supporting force through the hinges in the openingand closing process, the supporting force only needs to be provided through the universal wheels, and losses of the hinges in the using process are reduced.
