The invention discloses sound-insulation and heat-insulation building glass. The sound-insulation and heat-insulation building glass comprises a first glass substrate, a second glass substrate and a third glass substrate which are arranged in sequence, a first vacuum layer formed between the first glass substrate and the second glass substrate, a second vacuum layer formed between the second glasssubstrate and the third glass substrate, heat reflection glass layers covering the outer side surfaces of the first glass substrate and the third glass substrate, and ultra-microporous transparent sound absorption film layers which are arranged in the first vacuum layer and the second vacuum layer and attached to the surfaces of the first glass substrate, the second glass substrate and the thirdglass substrate respectively. The sound-insulation and heat-insulation building glass has the characteristic of good sound-insulation and heat-insulation effects, and improves the comfort of an indoorenvironment.
