The invention relates to a grouting support type drilling and anchoring integrated machine and an anchoring method. The grouting support type drilling and anchoring integrated machine comprises an anchor rod and a driving device, and the anchor rod extends between a first end and a second end. A tool bit is arranged at the second end of the anchor rod, and the driving device is detachably connected with the first end and can drive the anchor rod to rotate so as to drive the tool bit to drill an anchor hole in the ground. A through hole penetrating in the extending direction of the anchor rod is formed in the anchor rod, a soil removing device is connected into the through hole, and the soil removing device is driven by a driving device to rotate so that drilled muck can be discharged out of the soil discharging hole. The soil discharging hole is formed in the peripheral wall of the first end part of the anchor rod and is in communication with the through hole. Under the driving of thedriving device, the anchor rod and the soil removing device rotate relatively, and cut muck is discharged out of the anchor hole while drilling is conducted. After drilling, the driving device and thesoil removing device are pulled out, slurry is injected into the anchor rod, and the slurry and the anchor rod are solidified into a whole for anchoring. And supporting is conducted after the anchorhole is drilled, so that the pre-drilling procedure is reduced, the anchoring efficiency is improved, and the anchoring cost is reduced.
