Automatic continuous energy-saving firing production line for ceramic rock plates
The invention discloses an automatic continuous energy-saving firing production line for ceramic rock plates. The production line comprises a rapid drying kiln, a glaze line system and a kiln; the kiln is sequentially provided with a smoke discharge section, a firing section, a cooling section and a final cooling section in the plate blank conveying direction; the cooling section is divided into aquenching section, a slow cooling section and a direct cooling section; a high-stability and high-efficiency high-temperature system, a low-temperature waste heat circulation system and a smoke heatexchange system are arranged at the top of the kiln; the air inlet end of the waste heat fan communicates with the slow cooling section; and the air outlet end of the waste heat fan respectively communicates with the middle section and the rear section of the rapid drying kiln. The high-stability and high-efficiency high-temperature system, the low-temperature waste heat circulation system and thesmoke heat exchange system are used for reasonably distributing heat of media at different temperatures of all sections and performing heat exchange on smoke; the defects that waste smoke used for rapid drying is difficult to clean and poor in environment are overcome; the energy utilization rate is increased through the system; and fuel consumption of the whole line is reduced.
