The invention relates to a prefabricated concrete sleeve grouting fullness measuring device. The device comprises: an endoscope used for collecting an image in a grouting sleeve; a measuring mechanismwhich comprises a flexible traction piece, wherein a plurality of measuring balls with preset sizes penetrate through the flexible traction piece, the measuring balls can slide along the flexible traction piece, a balance weight ball is fixed to the end of the flexible traction piece, the diameter of the balance weight ball is larger than that of the measuring balls, the flexible traction piece is sleeved with a first sleeve, and the inner diameter of the first sleeve is smaller than the diameter of the counterweight ball and larger than the diameter of the measuring balls; drilling equipmentused for drilling a drill hole communicated with the internal space of the grouting sleeve; and a detector used for detecting the position of the grouting sleeve. The measuring device disclosed by the invention is convenient to operate and low in cost, and can realize quantitative measurement of the fullness.
