Multi-rope traction warehouse cleaning machine
The invention discloses a multi-rope traction warehouse cleaning machine. A plurality of traction machines simultaneously control respective corresponding traction ropes to adjust the circumferentialposition of a cantilever beam in a warehouse so as to adjust the circumferential position of a sweeping head in the warehouse; meanwhile, according to the warehouse cleaning machine, winding and unwinding of a sweeping head hanging rope are controlled through a winch so as to adjust the height of the sweeping head in the warehouse, and due to the fact that the tail end of the cantilever beam is supported through multiple traction ropes, the weight of the cantilever beam and the weight of the sweeping head are borne through the multiple traction ropes; and according to the lever principle, it can be known that the cantilever beam does not need to bear the weight of the sweeping head or bears little weight of the sweeping head, it can be guaranteed that the cantilever beam can conduct sweeping operation for a long time without breaking or other risks due to overlarge bearing, importantly, the cantilever beam can be greatly lengthened on the premise that normal use is guaranteed, the outer diameter and the wall thickness of the cantilever beam are greatly reduced, accordingly, a sweeper can adapt to sweeping of the cement warehouse with a larger radius range, and meanwhile the weightof the warehouse cleaning machine can be greatly reduced.
本发明公开了多绳牵引清库机,多个牵引机同时控制各自对应的牵引绳索以调节悬臂梁在库内的周向位置,进而调节清扫头在库内的周向位置;同时,该清库机通过卷扬机控制清扫头悬挂绳索的收放以调节清扫头在库内的高度,由于悬臂梁的末端通过多根牵引绳索进行支撑,使得悬臂梁、清扫头的重量均通过多根牵引绳索进行承载,根据杠杆原理可知悬臂梁无需对清扫头的重量进行承载或承载很少,可保证悬臂梁能长时间进行清扫操作而不会由于承载过大发生断裂等风险,重要的是在保证正常使用的前提下可将悬臂梁大幅增长,将悬臂梁外径和壁厚大幅降低,可使清扫机适应更大半径范围的水泥库清扫,同时可大幅降低清库机重量。
